Diko alam ilalagay long title hehehe...

The 10 commandments as principle were already existed even before the time of Moses. For example Genesis 26:5 said:
NLT Genesis 26:5 I will do this because Abraham listened to me and obeyed all my requirements, commands, decrees, and instructions."
The only difference during Moses' time was that these same set of laws where inscribed literally in a tablet of stone which is more visual than before. 1 John 3:4 define SIN as the transgression of the LAW and obviously sin did not originated during the time of Moses. But the Bible argues that SIN cannot exist without the LAW like the moral law of the 10 Commandments.
NLT Romans 7:7 Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful? Of course not! In fact, it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, "You must not covet."

We may not be able to read the Ten Commandments literally but we have many text that proves the existence of the Ten Commandments before the time of Moses. like for example:
The 1st commandment "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" was not mention literally but we can see its existence when Jacob told the people not to have other gods. lets read from the book of Genesis 35:2-4
Gen 35:2 Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the foreign gods that are among you, and purify yourselves, and change your garments: Gen 35:3 and let us arise, and go up to Beth-el; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went. Gen 35:4 And they gave unto Jacob all the foreign gods which were in their hand, and the rings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem.
And studying the book of Genesis and Exodus would show us that not only was the 1st commandment present but also the 2nd up to 10th commandment was there. here's a list which can help you:
1st commandment: Gen 35:2-4 2nd commandment: Gen 31: 19-24 3rd commandment: Gen 26:25 4th commandment: Gen 2:1-3 5th commandment: Gen 28:7 6th commandment: Gen 4:8 7th commandment: Gen 26:10; 39:7-9 8th commandment: Gen 31: 30-32 9th commandment: Gen 20: 5,9 10th commandment: Exo 18:21
so with this information we can say that there is an existing law before the time of Moses.
Hope this would this info would help you.

your question is good and does have a lot of things to discuss to really establish our stand there. but i'd like to give you a simple answer to your question=)
we may not be able to read the specific command given to Adam and Eve to keep the Sabbath but DOES NOT ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS? because we can read in Genesis 2:1-3 that God gave Adam and Eve an example to follow by resting on the Seventh day of the week from all His work. and so, here we can see God setting an example that Adam and Eve should also cease from their work during the Seventh day of the week.
